Pastel Year

 Bismillah ! Woo my first post of the year. Alhamdulillah ! 

- January 2022 was a tough one for me because I quit my job as a kindergarten teacher. 

- I left the tadika, on Friday, 7th of January on a short notice. 

- I didn't want to leave, I loved my students, but I guess I had to let it go, maybe it was the right time. 

- I thought few days was enough for me to be in a sad mode and literally layan my perasaan, do nothing productive, just eat and sleep. 

- But today is the 5th of Feb, one month later, and I'm still trying to heal from the sadness. 

- I have many lemau days since I quit and I couldn't care less of what's happening to myself and around me. 

- Nothing excites me (except food and sleep) and I don't feel like progressing at all. 

- In the back of my mind, no matter what I do, I will not succeed, and it's so frustrating, because I'm failing myself without even trying. 

- I mean, look at me, wanting to write a book since got knows when, and until now, I haven't done not even a chapter. How pathetic is that !

- Ok enough complaining. Let's focus on gratitude. 

- It's 11.03pm now and I just finished Zoom class with AA Plus. 

- I wanna accept the challenge of NO Instagram during Ramadhan. 

- And.. to make my bed every morning hahaha so malas. 

- Since I quit, 2 new routines I've started are reciting Surah al-Ikhlas everyday with mama and recite selawat from selawat book that akak gave.We're on the road to recite 100k times. God knows how long it's gonna take us and I hope we have millions of palaces in heaven after this. As for the selawat book, trying to be consistent with it, but so far am enjoying it alhamdulillah. 

- Randomly wrote Pastel Year as the topic of this post hoping that I will have loads pastel clothes, pastel tudungs, pastel baju kelawar, pastel socks, pastel bedroom, literally everything pastel in my life because it makes me happy :) 

- Here's what I want for 2022. Might change over time lol :-

* 4 days 3 nights trip to Kelate with la familia 

* Hafal 114 nama surah 

* Hafal Surah Muzhammil

 * Spa with mama & akak 

* Buy a set of pastel clothes 

* Bake a beautiful Korean cake for my birthday 

* Post videos on Youtube 

* Personal branding (wth?)

* Be like Aida Azlin, but better. 

* Duolingo lesson ( Spanish & Korea ) 

* Belajar edit video

 * Selawat Jibril, Tafrijiyyah, Saadah etc 

* Lifehack.org ( Learn life hacks ) 

* Start balik kerja after akak balik Karachi 

* Picnic and potluck 

* Plan a trip to Sabah and meet mi bonita amiga 

* Murajaah 

* Deep food conversation (for malayfoodwriter) 

* Makan @sukasucre bistro
