Atan, Mama, and Dr.Ee
Assalamualaikum ! Long time no see you guys ! (Walaupun takde orang yang baca pun lol). I miss writing so much and I feel like I've lost touch haha. Hence, for this post I wanna write in bullet points and write whatever...
1. Atan died yesterday (10.10.20) after battling with demam kuning for 6 weeks. I was there during his last one hour of his life. It was so heartbreaking to see his "sakratulmaut". A cat, who has no sins, dies like that. I could see how painful he was. I just can't imagine how me, who has lots of sins, how I gonna die. Ya Allah. Please I wanna die in peace, in my sleep. I'm gonna miss Atan so much because he was such a good boy. Even during taking care of him for the past 6 weeks was so easy. All I had to do was bring him to the clinic everyday and feed him food and ubat in the morning and evening. Only during the last week of his life I had to cuci his punggung because the taik stucked at his telur. And Atan didn't even smell bad ! Haih, Atan was such a good boy. I love him so much and wish to be reunited with him in Jannah inshaallah. Goodbye Atan. No more pain my baby.
2. It's mama's 61st birthday today and inshaallah we're gonna go to KL in an hour to celebrate with adik yeayyyy. Gonna meet my bubus (Jiah and Teha) aww miss them so much ! Inshaallah petang ni nak goreng cucur untuk mama <3 Mama's birthday resolutions are :-
- To mandi at 4am everyday
- To make sure sugar reading is 6 and below
- To not gossip anymore
3. After listening to Dr. Ee's health tips, I feel more semangat to go on sugar-free diet. Dr. Ee has been on no-sugar diet for 20 years and he looks amazing even at 70 years old. He said he did eat kuih and cakes once in a while when there's party or some special occasions, but other than that, he makes sure he's off sugar. He drinks teh tarik kosong tau ! As much as I love sugar A LOT, I now realise I need to love myself more. My health is much much much more important than my love for sugar huhu. So gradually, slowly, and surely, I'm gonna have to bid goodbye to my desserts, pastries and all those sugar stuff. En route to a healthy life style ! (I just followed Dr Jue on Telegram, a doctor who practises intermittent fasting and helps diabetic people heal. I wanna be a part of that too :') )
4. I think that's about it for now. Probably gonna write more tonight inshaallah cuz I miss writing so much. Until then.
