Recipe : Daging Lompap enek

This is a recipe by my beloved Nenek Zaimah. It's abah's (and me too!) favourite. It's like masak lomak but difference is it uses less santan. Hence, daging lompap :)

Bahan-bahan :-
Daging(ada tulang)                 2 kilo
Lada api                                   2 sudu
Kunyit hidup(blend)                2 sudu
Serai(tumbuk)                          10 batang
Lengkuas(tumbuk)                   2 buku
Daun kunyit
Asam keping
Kentang
Santan                                       1/2 kilo

Cara-cara:-
1. Daging rebus 1 jam. Tambah garam.
2. Masuk lada api + kunyit hidup.
3. Masuk serai, lengkuas,daun kunyit.
4. Tambah asam keping.
5. Kentang.
6. Santan
