Recipe : Milo Cake Viral
It's been sooo long since I bake a cake and I missed baking so so much. So I decided to bake one on the 1st of April the other day. Mama shared with me this viral cake and I thought this is doable cuz there are only 3 ingredients and it's made by steaming it,so very the easy lor.
But I must warn you, it's not gonna be a love at first taste (at least for me la). I didn't think it's cakey enough and the taste was so-so jer. I hesitated to keep this recipe in this blog cuz I thought it's not worth to re-do and re-eat. But after a few pieces of eating it, (probably around 5 little pieces?) I think this is a good cake if you crave for cakes but have little money, little time, and little expectation.
What I love about this recipe is it didn't turn out to be a whole 1kg cake. Perfect for someone who is dieting. But must cut the cake in little pieces la and take one piece only each day.
And oh, no need to do topping like chocolate sauce ke apa cuz it's good on its own. Very easy the peasy kan?
Ingredients :-
Milo - 2 cups
Egg - 4 pieces
Condensed milk (susu pekat manis) - 2 tsp
Steps :-
1. Blend all
2. Steam for 30 minutes or until it's dry (check using a wooden satay stick )
I got this recipe from Facebook. Happy trying!

Bie
