Sangkar - Movie Review by an immature

I did not put any expectation on this movie at all. I didn't watch the trailer, I didn't read any reviews at all and I didn't google about it. All I know, Remy Ishak and Zul Ariffin were the leading actors, the title was Sangkar and the movie probably has lots of fighting scenes. Abah asked why did I wanna watch this movie, it isn't my type. Hindustan, rom-com and lovey dovey movies have always been my type. Honestly I don't know. Let's just say Allah tiba2 buka hati aku to watch something out of my type.

And I'm glad I did. The movie was amazing. I love the fact that this movie is not slow like most Malay movies. and I especially loved the scripts. I probably need to watch this movie again just to take note the scripts. "If you're not smart, you gotta be strong. If you're not strong, you gotta be smart" was probably one of the best piece of advices I've ever heard. It's like telling people you can't have all so you gotta choose one thing you're good at. Well, I'm not smart not strong, so, can I just be kind ? Heh.

For someone who's not into action or fighting movies of sort, I would love to watch it again if someone wants to belanja.

Love,
Bie.
